Day 1: Bhagsunag to Leta Village (03 hour as trek )

Meeting point Manu Adventures India at 10am from here we start our trek to Campsite. We cross the upper Bhagsunag village , to reach the famous Bhagsunag waterfall. The beautiful natural trail will keep you on your toes and walking on these trails will hold your interest throughout the tour. The journey is today rather short which gives the opportunity to acclimatize to high altitude and prepare for next day journey. We take a breather basking in the sun on reaching the campsite you can leave your bags off and feel more relaxed and trek further to get panoramic views of Shivalik Hills and plains of Kangra Valley There is a beautiful Leta temple near the campsite which you can explore .Enjoy dinner near the bonfire with some soothing music. Spend time under the star studded night while enjoying the warmth of bonfire. Overnight stay in the camps.
Day 2 : Leta camp to Laka Glacier to Back Leta camp (04 – 05 hours trek)

The sunrise is perhaps the main highlight of this trek so we get up early to view the most amazing Sunrise with some golden lights hitting the mountain ranges. Today’s trek can be considered long as today visit the Laka Glacier via Triund and Snowline. We will start our hike and cross Karthani Dhar to reach Triund top we stop here to enjoy our packed lunch. Higher up towards the North we can spot the Forest Guest house made by the Britishers. The Moon peak stands tall in front of us. Then we trek further to reach Laka Glacier offering a breathtaking natural spectacle, which also gives you an amazing experience to have fun in snow and ice. Later trek back to Leta Camps for overnight stay with beautiful memories. Bonfire with Dinner.
Day 3: Leta camp site to Bhagsunag (02 hours trek)

Early in the morning after breakfast, we set out from this beautiful abode as we start trekking through the same trail back to McLeod ganj with lifetime memories. Your trip ends when you arrive at Bhagsunag waterfall where the guide leaves you to enjoy yourself. You can also visit the Bhagsunag temple and the Tibetan market nearby.

How to reach Dharamshala/Mcleodganj?

Gaggal Airport or Kangra Airport at Dharamshala is about 20 km away from McLeod Ganj and is well connected to Delhi, Kullu, and Chandigarh. A number of state-owned and private buses connect McLeod Ganj with other cities like Delhi, Chandigarh, and Dharamshala. 3 friends & Triund overnight trek Great exercise, fresh air and beautiful trek. Started out in town, ascended up the hill then eventually up the mountain. Mountain Ponies carried all the gear while we had light backpacks! Excellent tour guide host Manu. Participants Need to be physically prepared even for the Triund trek. Overnight stay in tent was excellent temperature very cold though we did our homework and kept warm. Food, company & experience to a great evel highly recommended to others .

Wonderful time with friends Excellent experience. We had lots of fun. It is a beautiful walk with incredible views throughout the journey. Manu and the crew are super friendly, accommodating and professional. We were looked after with amazing meals and warm camping gear. Highly recommended. The walk is stunning and doing it with a professional guide like Manu will make your trip much easier.

Amazing First Time Trek Had the most amazing time. As it was my first time trekking, I was apprehensive about many things. But the Manu adventures made sure I didn’t have anything to worry about. The tour guide was competent and allowed us to trek at our pace. The camping location was beautiful and the host was amazing. The food was great too.

Amazing experience We had an amazing time trekking to laka glacier! Manu was a great guide, he's a lot of fun and has so much knowledge about the area. Playing cricket at 3300metres was a highlight! Ranu's campsite was really lovely, incredible views and tasty, hearty food! Both Manu and Ranu took really good care of us and we'd really reccomend trekking with them, it's great value for money as well.

Trustworthy and Excellent Excellent experience. Vaishalee from Manu adventures has been super helpful in planning our stay in Dharamshala. Suraj was our guide who was brilliant. I was traveling with my 9 year old and he was extremely patient and helped us cover the trek. Very reliable and trustworthy worthy company. The most amazing experience doing the Dalai Lama trek in the Himalayans with Manu and his team. Wow what a sensational adventure with Manu Adventures. My friend and I searched for a unique trip after being disappointed that our Kilimanjaro trip had been cancelled due to covid 3 years ago with a different company. We searched for something unique and different and challenging and this is what we got with the Dalai Lama Trek in the Himalayas including Delhi and Agra. Manu is truly a saint and a hero to all that meet him. He is so encouraging and has an amazing team that produce some spectacular food, and transport all the camping gear and bags to each camp site high in the Himalayas. We managed to achieve what we thought was possibly unachievable and had the time of our lives and met some inspiring women on this trek team. Dalai Lama Trek I have just finished the Dalai Lama Trek with Manu adventures and what can I say it was amazing and exceeded all my expectations. From the organisation of the trip, to the food, the experiences and adventures I’ve had will stay with me forever, I have done so much in the 10 days. I will leave a piece of my heart with Manu and India, it’s a beautiful country.

Partental care from their end We can't expect this type of Food at top Ultimately I can say food is good .....
