itinerary

  • Day 1: Delhi

    This amazing tour commences from your arrival in Delhi airport where our representative will meet you and accompany you to the pre booked hotel. After the check in formalities enjoy your lunch. Later we drive to the most stunning temple Akshardham and visit India gate at night time which has its own craze and at night have dinner at any local restaurant at Pandara road famous for Indian Cuisines. Back to hotel for overnight stay.

  • Day 2 Delhi – Amritsar

    After early breakfast we will leave for Delhi railway station to board a train to Amritsar the city of Sikh Gurus. Amritsar that belongs to many heritage sites like Golden temple, Jalianwala Bagh, Wagah Border etc. On arrival we check into a hotel. After lunch we meet up again in evening to visit Golden temple. It’s called so because its roof is gold leafed and the best time to visit is night time when the lights are on and everything looks magical. Later have dinner at one of the local restaurant. Overnight stay at the hotel.

  • Day 3 Amritsar

    After breakfast in the hotel go for city tour. It will include Jalianwalla bagh where you get to know the history of this place , later visit Durgiana temple. In after noon take a drive to Wagah – Attari (indo – pak) border to witness changing of guard and lowering of flags ceremony. This is something that you have definitely never seen before where our skin shrivel and sweat drips from our forehead. Even after the ceremony you will still have goose bumps for long long time. Later we have dinner at local Haveli and no meal is complete without having Amritsari Kulcha (bread) Overnight stay in the Hotel.

  • Day 4: Amritsar to Dharamshala (Drive 4-5 hours)

    After delicious breakfast at the hotel we drive to Dharamsala via Pathankot. Dharamsala is known as little Tibet in which you can find a serene environment with exquisite locality. We stop over for lunch in between. On arrival in Dharamsala we check into a pre booked hotel. Later we have free time to explore around the colorful market of Mcleodganj. Dinner and overnight stay in hotel.

  • Day 5: Dharamshala

    Leave after breakfast and drive through small tea gardens, pine forest and passing through small villages we reach Masroor rock cut temple. The Masroor temples are 8th century old temples hewed in Indo Aryan architectural style from a single sand stone rock. These are only rock temple in North India. Then we drive to see fort of kangra, situated near Kangra town. Later we visit Brajeshwari Devi temple in kangra is also recommended. After Kangra we drive to Norbulinga Institute, it is dedicated for preserving traditional Tibetan art and craft. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel .

  • Day 6: Dharamshala

    Tsuglaghang complex is the residence of his Holiness, The Dalai Lama. It is a scared place that holds a n umber of small monasteries and stupas. It also holds a 3 meter tall bronze statue of the Sakyamuni Buddha. Tibetan library the library of Tibetan works and Archives or the Tibetan library is located at the town called GangchenKyishong in the district of Dharsmhala. Then visit Tibetan museum is teh place where you can learn and understand the history behind this vregion. One visit to this place provide valuable information and almost the entire history of Tibet. Dinner and overnight stay in hotel.

  • Day 07: Dharamsala – Pathankot (B, D)

    We have a free morning to further explore this magical town – why not have walk to Dharamkot which is known as little Israel and is famous for cuisines from all over the world. Visit the market and take souvenir for friends and family back home. In the afternoon, we take the transfer back to Pathankot train station to catch the overnight sleeper train back to Delhi. Overnight: Train.

  • Day 08: Delhi- Agra

    We arrive in Delhi and jump straight onto our bus to take the transfer to Agra. Upon arrival, we check into our hotel. Later we visit the incomparable TajMahal no visit to India would be the same without seeing it. Built by Mughal emprorer Shah Jahan in loving memory of his wife and will always be symbol of undying love for anyone who sees it. Overnight hotel.

  • Day 09 Agra – Delhi

    Drive back to Delhi and take a flight back home. We take the transfer back to Delhi in order to catch our flight back to home.
